Crash course in intellectual property for creatives. We'll talk about copyright, trademark, and fair use. SETH C. POLANSKY is an attorney who specializes in contracts, intellectual property, and start-ups. In addition to his 20 years of legal experience, he is also a performing musician, live sound engineer, adjunct college professor and indie film producer. Through his experiences with creative professionals, he found that most are untrained in intellectual property law. This class will provide an overview of the intellectual property issues that creative professionals deal with on a daily basis. The class will be interactive, and will leave time for a detailed Q&A.
