Tom Sly is vice president of enterprise strategy for The E.W. Scripps Company, where he oversees revenue strategy, innovation and addressable linear advertising for Scripps’ 61 local media brands, its eight national networks and direct-to-consumer brands. He is part of Scripps’ ATSC 3.0 datacasting team and has been with the company for more than 11 years.

Sly’s diverse background includes managing broadcast properties for Clear Channel/iHeart Media and serving as chief operating officer of Marathon Media, a broadcast spectrum engineering and operating company.

He was co-founder and served as president of a marathon running company, owned and operated an automotive dealer group and has been the COO and CRO of several digital start-ups, including Comcast’s Vehix.com.
