Matt Kramer
Matt Kramer is the Co-Head of the Sports Media Group at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he represents the top sports broadcasting talent including Grant Hill, Malika Andrews, Doris Burke, Rece Davis and the YouTube sensation, Dude Perfect.
Since joining CAA in 2015, Kramer has been instrumental in shaping the careers of clients and quickly adapting to the changing media landscape. He helps oversee a group of a dozen agents and marketing executives dedicated to the representation of global sports media talent, with offices located in New York, Los Angeles and London.
In 2017, Matt was named to the Broadcast and Cable Magazine’s ‘Next Wave of Leaders’, and in 2021, he was awarded as a ‘40 Under 40’ winner by the Sports Business Journal.
Kramer notably placed "House of Highlights" founder Omar Raja at ESPN a move that highlighted his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging talent and was instrumental in the nine figure growth capital investment between client Dude Perfect and private investment firm Highmount Capital.
Over the past year, Kramer has represented Paul Finebaum, Sean McDonough, and Bob Myers in deals with ESPN, Joe Tessitore with WWE, Joe Davis at Fox Sports, and Smylie Kaufman at NBC Sports and many, many more!
Matt is also dedicated to increasing diversity in sports media, advocating for new woman voices when collaborating with networks to bring fresh perspectives to sports broadcasting realm. He counts several influential women as clients including —Doris Burke, Malika Andrews, Laura Rutledge, Jessica Mendoza, and Joy Taylor amongst many more.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Kramer resides outside of New York City with his wife and two children.
